Matters needing attention in safety production:

2. Open the valve after the machine and the fan run normally, adjust the obliquity of the discharger, so that the machine gradually reaches the full load state, around 60A.

3. material selection requirement: the maximum size of the crusher shall not exceed 15MM. Avoid metal, stone and other errors into the machine, so as not to damage the blade and tooth plate. If there is abnormal sound during operation, check and troubleshoot immediately.

Maintenance:

1. open the door cover regularly and check the fastening nut of the blade. If it loosened, tighten it. When the force surface of the blade is grinded to a large rounded angle after a period of use, the blade splint can be removed, and the blade can be rotated 180 degrees, which can be used after fastening.

2. Lubrication: The main engine bearings use lithium molybdenum disulfide (MOS2) grease, replacement cycle, the first 200 hours, after every 1000 hours oil injection.
